Can’t recommend them enough!

Having just had our 20+ year-old HVAC system replaced, I have to express my satisfaction with SwiftPro from start to finish. Great communication with Brad who initially came out to inspect and prepare the work proposal and estimate. The quick scheduling and friendly and efficient work performed by the crew of Oscar, Adam and Elijah was equally impressive. The whole job was done quickly and professionally, leaving my home neat and clean. Highly recommend SwiftPro!

Oscar stayed on the job from start to finish. He was polite and respectful. His work was clean and efficient. That’s his pcv tubing work was clean with minimal curves and clean surfaces, no chemical mess. His mechanical installation work was clean and parts were neatly put together. My new system was installed much neater than my prior AC/furnace system. Great work.

Aaron and Marshall were absolutely fantastic cleaning my dryer vent! They were professional, thorough, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. They did an excellent job making sure the vent was completely cleaned and everything was left in great condition.

I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and how efficiently they worked. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing great service and making sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend Aaron and Marshall. Five stars all around!

On July 3, I called to have a clogged floor drain cleared. Thankfully they arrived on July 4th which was greatly appreciated. No one else would come out do to the holiday. Thank you

Scheduled appointment was easy. SwiftPro gave me 4 hour window and 30 minute call/text before arrival which was very useful. On time as expected. Tyson explained the job and gave me an estimate and went to pick up the part. Showed me the part before installation and clearly explained the problem. Replaced Kohl’s canister quickly and gave a one year warranty. Pricing was fair. Tyson was personable, wore his shoe covers before entering house and did a great job!

Alex arrived on time and after some time he explained the situation regarding the low flow faucet and fixed the problem. Very professional. I would call on him and the company again for my plumbing repairs.

Swift Pro gave me excellent service when my boiler needed to be replaced during the polar vortex. Alex Hittle came quickly, consultedith their boiler specialist, and replaced my boiler quickly. Alex even managed to change their schedule, with the kind permission of their other customer so that I could have heat again in the freezing weather.Alex noticed that I also needed an expansion tank for my hot water heater and installed that as well so I would be up to code. …

There was excellent communication from the office throughout the work and everything was cleaned up each time there were repairs. I highly recommend this company.

The techs went above and beyond. Took A LOT of photos and videos to show me the before and after and to explain their suggestions moving forward.

My wife and I asked SwiftPro to come out for a dryer vent cleaning. They gave us a discounted annual package that included inspections and future discounts (and annual dryer vent cleaning) all at a cost lower than the national and local average just for a dryer vent cleaning. They wrapped up the vent cleaning quickly and handled a full inspection of the HVAC. They then did a deep clean of the coils. All in all, it was a little over 2 hours.

I am not sure who gave the 5 stars but this company is a pure rip off. They quoted me $3700 for an entry level water heater, and all they do just sales. I would say in the old days these behaviors considered scam. I sincerely hope this company go out of business and stop the con!

I sincerely advise you to spend more time and pay more attention to how to provide better service to customers with reasonable price, vs to spent this much effort to "manage" honest reviews!

BTW I have had my job done at half of the cost and with a upgrade to a 10 year warranty State machine and three year labor and parts. You should rethink the real reason for the high cost. Maybe you are one of those problems need to be solved.

Not sure I can, in good faith, recommend SwiftPro to my family and friends. I’ve had nothing but challenges with my HVAC system replacement since January. Although the people themselves are truly wonderful and well‑intentioned, there is a clear level of disorganization—likely due to the company being relatively new. If I could go back in time, I would have paid more upfront and chosen a company with a longer track record—one that would have installed the system correctly the first time.

After a tense initial conversation, the owner took accountability and apologized for the mishaps. While the discussion started off a bit combative, I appreciate that he ultimately chose to make things right. As a small family business, they clearly care about their reputation, and the team did a great job resolving the issue in the end.

Response time was very fast. The technician was knowledgeable, the prices were reasonable, and my technician even found ways to save hundreds of dollars for me off the quoted price. He was creative and thorough, and I will not hesitate to call him again. Thank you Zabi Khatibi for the great work!
