I had an old leaky pressure regulator that needed to be replaced. I was also given a price range up front when scheduling the service. The price was fair as I did get a few quotes so I knew what the going rate was.
Justin was friendly and profesional, and he did a phenomenal job with it. He also explained everything very clearly.
I would totally call them up again if I need plumbing service.

I placed an emergency call for pipes that had frozen and burst in my bathroom in the very early morning. I had Xavi out that same morning and he did an excellent job fixing all 3 burst pipes and making sure everything was in working order before leaving. He was very knowledgeable and was able to methodically fix everything and did a great job cleaning up all the drywall and insulation that had to be cut from the ceiling. Prices were very reasonable and I would absolutely use this company again!
We had Tyson out for our main line leaking underground, he explained the scope of work for replacement and set great expectations. They had the job done in a very timely manner and I couldn’t ask for more professionalism than he provided!

We were delighted with Swiftpro’s speedy professional services. As owners of an older condominium unit, we are becoming increasingly accustomed to leaks, clogs and general plumbing disorders. A good hallmark of a reliable, reputable service company are the customers who return. We recently had repairs to our hall bathroom sink/toilet and we definitely plan to return to Swiftpro for any future plumbing events.
SwiftPro notified me when the plumber was on the way. The plumbers were professional and extremely competent. They explained how they would remove the blockage and estimated time to do the job. They covered the floor with a tarp and cleaned up any mess on the floor. I will use again and highly recommend.
On July 3, I called to have a clogged floor drain cleared. Thankfully they arrived on July 4th which was greatly appreciated. No one else would come out do to the holiday. Thank you
SwiftPro is very responsive and timely. They have great customer service. I reached out to them after 6 pm when our AC unit stopped cooling the house and they had someone out the next morning. We have used both their plumbing and their HVAC services. More on that specifically below.

He showed us exactly what the issue was (which was not what the first plumber told us it was) and how a much simpler and cheaper solution resolved the issue. We had him look at something other plumbing things while he was here and he explained how certain things worked and why. He was also open to answering a lot of questions in a nice and helpful manner. I would highly recommend him and SwiftPro plumbing. We went through 3 plumbing companies before finding SwiftPro.
Eddy Hernandez did a great job when our AC unit stopped cooling the house. He also educated us on some basic HVAC and humidifier things that we can do ourselves to make things run smoother) and in one case with less effort on our part. They also replaced our air scrubber and helpful information related to that as well.
Everyone we dealt with on the phone or in person was very pleasant. Both the plumbing and HVAC had the parts on their trucks needed to address the issues we called them about.
From start to finish this was an awesome experience. Tenants thankfully let me know ASAP that there was a leak in the utility room so I promptly did a quick google search and came across SwiftPro. They gave me a 4 hour window but were out at the property within the hour. Jimbo and his crew promptly replaced the water heater, expansion tank, repaired the leaking pipes and valves all in one afternoon and the following morning. Jimbo was really knowledgeable and diagnosed everything that needed to be done quickly and really did amazing high quality work. I also appreciate that he was communicative during the entire process and showed me everything that was going on first hand in person.
This experience was a good reminder to stay on top of maintenance!! We ignored far too long and really the cause of the issues we experienced. Signed up for the yearly maintenance plan for them to check up on our HVAC and water heater and got a discount on the work done which based on the high quality of the work, parts and components was very fair. 10/10 to Jimbo and SwiftPro!!
Scheduled appointment was easy. SwiftPro gave me 4 hour window and 30 minute call/text before arrival which was very useful. On time as expected. Tyson explained the job and gave me an estimate and went to pick up the part. Showed me the part before installation and clearly explained the problem. Replaced Kohl’s canister quickly and gave a one year warranty. Pricing was fair. Tyson was personable, wore his shoe covers before entering house and did a great job!
Had a ceiling leak. I had very good communication with the company both by phone and text. My technician, Zabi, was terrific. He took the time to check all the likely plumbing culprits and walked me through the possible causes and solutions.
Most plumbing repair calls are one of a handful: a toilet that won't stop running, a faucet or supply line leaking, weak pressure at every fixture, a wet patch with no obvious source, a garbage disposal that quit, or old galvanized pipe giving out. A running toilet is usually a flapper or a fill valve. Weak pressure across the whole house is usually the pressure reducing valve at the main, not your pipes. A water meter that creeps with every tap shut means a leak between the street and you.
Our own plumbers handle toilet repair and replacement, faucets, garbage disposals, leak detection, pressure reducing valves, repiping, gas line repair and water service lines. Leak detection uses acoustic and pressure work to find the leak before anyone opens a wall, so it's one hole instead of four. You get the price in writing before anything comes apart, and if what's behind the wall isn't what you described, we stop and show you first. Water heaters, gas lines and sewer replacements get permits pulled. It's a dedicated plumbing team, separate from our heating and cooling team.
When it's every fixture rather than one faucet, it's usually the pressure reducing valve where the water comes in, not your pipes. A failing one also makes fixtures wear out early. If the pressure dropped suddenly across the house, the water service line in the yard is worth a look too.
Not urgent, but it wastes water every hour it runs. It's usually a flapper or a fill valve, the cheap end of toilet repair. A rebuilt tank or a new wax ring covers most of the rest.
Acoustic and pressure work first. A water meter that moves with every tap shut tells you there's a leak between the street and the house, and the tools narrow down where. Finding it first means opening one spot, not four.

On water heaters, gas work and sewer replacement, yes, and it's part of the job. The next buyer's inspector will ask for it when you sell the house.

He took time to explain various items about the soft water/filtration system. He even chased down my dog who is a real escape artist and did one of his escapes as I opened the door. That was a great plus as he really didn't need to do that. I'm currently looking at prices to determine which system I will purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing,HVAC,softner etc needs.

I was trying to dry my clothes, but my dryer just would not work. I believed that the heat trip was being activated, so I tried cleaning the vent myself. Well, I couldn’t get deep enough, so I had to call some professionals. They came as soon as they could, and cleaned out my dryer vent. Some time later they also installed a water filter under my sink so that I don’t have to drink the chlorine filled pool water the city gives us anymore. I highly recommend the swiftest of the pros!

My technician was very nice patient kind and gave great recommendations. However when I made the appointment base off a recommendation I told the company this was not a plumbing issue but a leak in caulk or grout and the caulk and/grout needed to be to be replaced. Only for him to tell me I had a crack I. The grout and since I was having it replaced in the 10 weeks try not to get it too wet. They don’t do the repair I needed. $49 later. A trip to Lowe’s and a guess. I’m trying to make my own repair. Not mad a te h but the company for not believing me and still charging me for something I told them was wrong and they still came out knowing they couldn’t do they job. And I had to leave work early. Smh
Tech was friendly, fine. Service was just ok but they way overcharge. 2200 for generic new toilets when I think parts replacement would’ve sufficed. And I always felt like they were upselling every step. I’ll find another plumber that’s more reasonable and doesn’t give run around.

They were very responsive from the beginning, Hannah was delightful to work with, and she scheduled us fast and the process was very easy with good communication. The plumber who came out, Zabi, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete everything we needed in a timely manner.
We also appreciated the manager working with us on volume pricing since we were installing or reinstalling four toilets. Their price was very reasonable compared with several other plumbers we contacted.
Overall, we had a very good experience with Swift Pro. They helped turn a stressful situation into a much easier one, and we appreciated their responsiveness, communication, and quality of work.
