Most plumbing repair calls are one of a handful: a toilet that won't stop running, a faucet or supply line leaking, weak pressure at every fixture, a wet patch with no obvious source, a garbage disposal that quit, or old galvanized pipe giving out. A running toilet is usually a flapper or a fill valve. Weak pressure across the whole house is usually the pressure reducing valve at the main, not your pipes. A water meter that creeps with every tap shut means a leak between the street and you.
Our own plumbers handle toilet repair and replacement, faucets, garbage disposals, leak detection, pressure reducing valves, repiping, gas line repair and water service lines. Leak detection uses acoustic and pressure work to find the leak before anyone opens a wall, so it's one hole instead of four. You get the price in writing before anything comes apart, and if what's behind the wall isn't what you described, we stop and show you first. Water heaters, gas lines and sewer replacements get permits pulled. It's a dedicated plumbing team, separate from our heating and cooling team.
He came out and assess my situation. He's coming back later with an additional guy and he gave me the number of a company that works with my insurance to solve the other issues I have. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is my pipes won't be fixed until later today. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars all the way.
Xavi F. arrived quickly, after 8pm ( nothing breaks during business hours, lol). He fixed the plumbing problem at hand and identified the cause of a different issue. He was respectful, wore booties to keep my home clean, and worked quickly. Will call SwiftPro again….hopefully not too soon though! The after-hours service call fee is understandable.
James M. did a great job diagnosing and fixing the issues I was having with two of my toilets. He was friendly, professional, and worked quickly while making sure everything was repaired correctly. Jim was very professional, knowledgeable and polite plumber. He installed a water heater for us. After the installation he educated us on the maintenance and the new set up. I strongly recommend Jim/SwiftPro. Plus SwiftPro price was very reasonable/20% below other estimates.

SwiftPro HVAC came out to do a plumbing maintenance check. The check was included with my recent new HVAC installation. The technician (James Milligan) was very professional and quickly evaluated my faucets, toilets, water heater, washing machine lines, main water intake valve, all cut-off valves and visible pipes. Now I have an estimate for needed maintenance repairs.
SwiftPro delivered and installed a 75 gallon AO Smith water heater. Zabi was very professional in his communication, plumbing, testing, and cleanup. Good crew to move new heater to basement utility room and take out the old heater.

I wish they’d been transparent about what they wanted to charge me to snake my shower drain - I could have saved Zabi the trip and myself the $49 service charge. New tenants in the rental property had a problem with their drain. Property manager sent their plumber said they snakeed the drain and could not solve the clog. Wanted $800 to snake the drain through the roof vent.

He was courteous and professional, and clearly explained all the work he did with before and after pictures showing how he fixed the problem. He made recommended maintanance suggestions, but never pressured me into buying anything more. I was grateful for his honest professionalism. I would recommend using SwiftPro.
