Elvis was a rock star. When I explained that I was only wanting to have my A/C and HVAC unit repaired, not replaced, Elvis understood. He didn’t pressure me into replacing my HVAC and A/C unit like technicians from other companies have done in the past. Instead, he focused on repairing my A/C unit. He quickly identified the problem and initiated timely repairs at a reasonable price. He was courteous and professional, and clearly explained all the work he did with before and after pictures showing how he fixed the problem. He made recommended maintanance suggestions, but never pressured me into buying anything more. I was grateful for his honest professionalism. I would recommend using SwiftPro.
