The estimator/sales person and technicians were top notch. The estimator worked with me on the system requirements and the cost of a new heat pump system. My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure. The technicians did an excellent job with the install, neat and professional. The system has been working really well. Overall, I believe that I received excellent service at a reasonable cost.

In the middle of one of the coldest weeks this winter, a small gas leak one evening resulted in immediate shut off - and a loss of any hot water and heating along with it. We found SwiftPro by googling and learned that their service district includes Fauquier County. Elvis Diaz, their service tech, was amazing. He diagnosed the multi-year problem we had with our HVAC quickly, which the HVAC installer repeatedly missed! The issue was a communication problem that knocked out the HVAC during a thunder storm. The installer kept replacing circuit boards and other parts, some at our expense I think, others under warranty. The installer completely overlooked the wiring and it was a mess, Elvis found. …

Swift Pro wasn’t the cheapest and far from the most expensive. After working with Tommy and Tyler at Swift Pro, we settled on a very reasonable price and I replaced my furnace, A/C and water heater. Swift Pro has excellent customer service, an exceptional warranty and the install team was amazing. Hopefully I don’t have to do this project again anytime soon. But if I do, I would use Swift Pro again! As a bonus, the turn around time was very fast.

Replacement for my broken gas water boiler was professionally done and in a timely manner.

They were very responsive from the beginning, Hannah was delightful to work with, and she scheduled us fast and the process was very easy with good communication. The plumber who came out, Zabi, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing, answered all of our questions, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete everything we needed in a timely manner.

We also appreciated the manager working with us on volume pricing since we were installing or reinstalling four toilets. Their price was very reasonable compared with several other plumbers we contacted.
