We just had an Amana variable speed, dual fuel heat pump / gas furnace installed. Oscar, Felix, and Elijah did a great job with installation. Our technician Tyson came out the following day. He was friendly, courteous and went out of his way to find and pick up the replacement part we needed, transparently communicating expectations and pricing throughout the entire process. It’s rare to have your problem resolved in a single appointment, but Tyson did just that so we could restore heating and avoid another cold evening (with a toddler, one night was enough..)
