We had no heat and found SwiftPro. I received a call within an hour of my request Jay set up an appointment for the following morning. Moises was very professional when he arrived and was able to find out what the problem was. He was polite, diligent, and efficient and he was able to make our system work for a few days until the part arrived. What I especially liked is before he arrived they posted a picture of him to me via text letting me know who to expect at my front door.
That gave me a wonderful piece of mind!

No heat from a gas furnace usually comes down to two small parts: a dirty flame sensor or an igniter on its way out.
You'll hear the burners light for a few seconds and drop out, or never catch, while the blower keeps moving cold air.
On a heat pump, a few minutes of cool air on a frosty morning is just defrost; an hour of it is a problem.
A proper diagnostic looks past the obvious suspect to the burners, heat exchanger, venting, wiring and airflow.
Here the cause was found on the first visit, but the replacement part had to be ordered.
Rather than leave the house cold in the meantime, the tech got the system working for a few days until it arrived.
Sensors, igniters and capacitors are usually on the van; a part made for one specific model sometimes isn't, so ask whether your system can run safely until it shows up.
And if the furnace starts turning on and off every few minutes, change the filter first, since a clogged one is a common cause of short cycling.
