The plumber, Tyson, was exceptional. He was friendly, courteous, competent and very thorough. He and Robert resolved our plumbing issues while providing an outstanding customer oriented service experience. Tyson did an excellent job installing our new hot water heater, thermostatic mixing valve and OneFlow TAC filter. Tyson is a true asset to your company and represents the Swift Pro brand well.
Our water heater died on Friday night around 7:30pm. We called SwiftPro, and by 10pm we had quotes, a phone call explaining the options, followed by a signed contract and an appointment to have a new one installed Saturday morning. We’ve also used SwfitPro before for HVAC services, and each time they have been quick to respond, always pleasant to deal with, thorough in their work, and competitive and fair in their pricing. I would recommend highly recommend them to anyone.
Outstanding and timely service. Our water heater failed at 8pm on a friday night, by 10am the next morning, Harold was at our house, removed the broken heater, and installed the new one. Clean and as efficient as can be expected given the weekend timing.

Had someone come out for a new water heater quote, and just so happened to have one start leaking as they showed up. The tech swiftly (nice) quoted us (with the best price we received out of 5 quotes) and started working immediately. He walked us through the steps, stayed until he was comfortable with the result, and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. Would refer to them again for any plumbing needs.
I’ve been searching for a reasonable furnace and A/C replacement for the better part of six months for my aging systems. Swift Pro was one of my original estimates along with six other companies. I had small companies and large companies quote me for similar systems with a range of cost from $9,000 to $30,000. SwiftPro delivered and installed a 75 gallon AO Smith water heater. Zabi was very professional in his communication, plumbing, testing, and cleanup. Good crew to move new heater to basement utility room and take out the old heater.

Most water heater calls are one of three things: no hot water, hot water that runs out fast, or water on the floor around the tank. No hot water on a gas tank usually means the pilot or the igniter; on an electric tank, a tripped reset on the upper thermostat. Hot then cold, fast, is usually the lower element or the dip tube. A popping or rumbling tank is sediment. A tank leaking from the bottom is finished, because rusted-through steel isn't a repair.
We read the age off the rating plate before anything else. A gas tank here lasts eight to twelve years, electric ten to fifteen. Under about eight and not leaking, a thermocouple, gas valve, element or thermostat is a real repair. Past ten, you hear both numbers. A replacement includes the permit and inspection, a thermal expansion tank, a drain pan, new connectors and a fresh relief valve discharge, a draft test on gas venting, and hauling the old one away. The tanks we quote are A. O. Smith, we look after Navien tankless units, and we repair any brand.
Sediment. Minerals settle on the bottom of the tank and the burner fires through them, which is the popping and rumbling you hear. A yearly flush clears it and buys time on a tank that isn't already due. On a tank past its years, take the noise as a reminder to plan the replacement.
Close the cold shutoff on top of the heater. Then turn the gas control to OFF, or switch off the breaker on an electric tank. Then call. If the leak is from the tank itself, it needs replacing; a leaking valve or fitting is a repair.
A tank swap is two to four hours, and the common sizes ride on the truck. A tankless conversion is most of a day, because the gas line and the venting are new work.
One to four people, a 50 gallon. Five or more, or four-plus baths, a 75, or an 80 on electric. If you already run out of hot water on a 40, don't buy another 40.
Most houses here have a check valve or a pressure reducer on the incoming line, so the plumbing is closed. Heat the water and it has nowhere to go, and the relief valve weeps. An expansion tank gives it room, it's required here, and it's the line most often missing from a cheap bid.

SwiftPro HVAC came out to do a plumbing maintenance check. The check was included with my recent new HVAC installation. The technician (James Milligan) was very professional and quickly evaluated my faucets, toilets, water heater, washing machine lines, main water intake valve, all cut-off valves and visible pipes. Now I have an estimate for needed maintenance repairs.
From start to finish this was an awesome experience. Tenants thankfully let me know ASAP that there was a leak in the utility room so I promptly did a quick google search and came across SwiftPro. Jimbo and his crew promptly replaced the water heater, expansion tank, repaired the leaking pipes and valves all in one afternoon and the following morning. Jimbo was really knowledgeable and diagnosed everything that needed to be done quickly and really did amazing high quality work. I also appreciate that he was communicative during the entire process and showed me everything that was going on first hand in person.
This experience was a good reminder to stay on top of maintenance!! We ignored far too long and really the cause of the issues we experienced. Signed up for the yearly maintenance plan for them to check up on our HVAC and water heater and got a discount on the work done which based on the high quality of the work, parts and components was very fair. 10/10 to Jimbo and SwiftPro!!

I sincerely advise you to spend more time and pay more attention to how to provide better service to customers with reasonable price, vs to spent this much effort to "manage" honest reviews!
BTW I have had my job done at half of the cost and with a upgrade to a 10 year warranty State machine and three year labor and parts. You should rethink the real reason for the high cost. Maybe you are one of those problems need to be solved.

We added a humidifier to our HVAC as my wife is a pianist needing moisture controlled for her piano. We also got both HVAC systems their annual service which, like most people, was many years late. Something I hadn’t even considered were the batteries replaced in the controllers that Ephram replaced without being asked. Lastly, our fireplace gas logs haven’t worked in three years. I asked if Ephram had a place he recommended and instead he said he could take a quick look. In about three minutes he determined the problem to be the electric switch, showed me the part number, and suggested I buy a replacement for $5 from Amazon. Where do we find service like this.
Today, Mar 10, 2026, I had another catastrophic plumbing incident, this time it was our hot water heater. We somehow developed a crack internally and water flooded the basement. We called SwiftPro and Zabi Khatibi was dispatched within a few hours. Zabi was incredibly knowledgeable, as were our technicians last time, and Zabi was able to address some some leaks we were able to isolate as they seemed to small to get a service call. Ironically, our clothes washer sprang a leak while we were traveling requiring me to begin assessing today before the hot water heater so Zabi was able to knock it all out on this visit.
Also, thanks to the owners, Tyler and Lily, who both were in communication with us throughout the process from keeping us informed of when the materials were arriving, which date/time the workers would be starting, and then professionally documenting all work completed.

But the price is a bit high. $4k for replacement water heater and water expansion and some pipes and water shut off valve. I thought it was under $4k

Our technician Tyson came out the following day. He was friendly, courteous and went out of his way to find and pick up the replacement part we needed, transparently communicating expectations and pricing throughout the entire process. It’s rare to have your problem resolved in a single appointment, but Tyson did just that so we could restore heating and avoid another cold evening (with a toddler, one night was enough..)

He explained what could be done to correct it and recommended replacement of some parts. He gave me an estimate, and then very nicely called the company to see if he could give me a better rate. The estimate was quite a bit lower than what I had seen researching online. Before he left, he cleaned out water that had drained from the pressure release value into the pan under in the water heater.
The following Friday after the arrival of the replacement parts, Tyson Czarny arrived to make the repairs. He again explained what he was replacing and gave me an estimated time for the repair. As it turned out, the repair was completed more quickly than he thought. He made sure the water was hot and running correctly in the condo before he left. The charge was exactly what had been quoted.
Both Edis and Tyson were friendly and professional. Neither made any attempt to upsell any additional products or services which I truly appreciate. I also want to give a shoutout to Karla and Hannah in the office. Both were helpful and returned calls promptly as promised. Should I have any issues in the future, not only with the water heater, but with my HVAC or any other system they service, I will definitely call them again.
