SwiftPro HVAC came out to do a plumbing maintenance check. The check was included with my recent new HVAC installation. The technician (James Milligan) was very professional and quickly evaluated my faucets, toilets, water heater, washing machine lines, main water intake valve, all cut-off valves and visible pipes. Now I have an estimate for needed maintenance repairs.

Swift Pro just performed a vent cleaning at my 50 year old house that has never had a vent cleaning. Very satisfied with price and service, the technician Aaron was polite, professional, punctual and answered all of my questions without making me feel like a dummy. I was so pleased with the service that I signed up for the Swift Pro membership. Highly recommend Swift Pro for all of you HVAC needs. I do not have any plumbing problems but they will definitely be my first call if one arises.

We also got both HVAC systems their annual service which, like most people, was many years late. Something I hadn’t even considered were the batteries replaced in the controllers that Ephram replaced without being asked. Lastly, our fireplace gas logs haven’t worked in three years. I asked if Ephram had a place he recommended and instead he said he could take a quick look. In about three minutes he determined the problem to be the electric switch, showed me the part number, and suggested I buy a replacement for $5 from Amazon. Where do we find service like this.

Today, Mar 10, 2026, I had another catastrophic plumbing incident, this time it was our hot water heater. We somehow developed a crack internally and water flooded the basement. We called SwiftPro and Zabi Khatibi was dispatched within a few hours. Zabi was incredibly knowledgeable, as were our technicians last time, and Zabi was able to address some some leaks we were able to isolate as they seemed to small to get a service call. Ironically, our clothes washer sprang a leak while we were traveling requiring me to begin assessing today before the hot water heater so Zabi was able to knock it all out on this visit.

Also, thanks to the owners, Tyler and Lily, who both were in communication with us throughout the process from keeping us informed of when the materials were arriving, which date/time the workers would be starting, and then professionally documenting all work completed.

He communicated very well throughout the process and he was highly attentive to details. He shared the plan and returned the next day (again as promised) and literally broke down parts and fixed the leak issue that 3 other companies and their technicians could not identify, let alone solve. We are a repeat customer. We had a seasonal check done before it became hot. Eddye truly helped us out by finding and replacing two capacitors that were operating far beneath what they should be, and he replaced them. I'm certain they would have failed in the July heat. He avoided what would have been a big problem for us in the summer heat.

Recently purchased an annual membership with SwiftPro after having three different HVAC companies over the last ten years. This technician didn’t have the equipment to measure that although every technician from my previous two companies measured the pressure routinely. Thus, it will cost me another visit and an additional $125 to diagnose something that should have been part of the original inspection. We will see if this is the beginning of getting nickeled and dimed until I move on to my 5th HVAC company.

Showed up on time, worked quietly, recommended other maintenance procedures for my HVAC system. Good overall experience.

From start to finish this was an awesome experience. Tenants thankfully let me know ASAP that there was a leak in the utility room so I promptly did a quick google search and came across SwiftPro. They gave me a 4 hour window but were out at the property within the hour. Jimbo and his crew promptly replaced the water heater, expansion tank, repaired the leaking pipes and valves all in one afternoon and the following morning. Jimbo was really knowledgeable and diagnosed everything that needed to be done quickly and really did amazing high quality work. I also appreciate that he was communicative during the entire process and showed me everything that was going on first hand in person.

This experience was a good reminder to stay on top of maintenance!! We ignored far too long and really the cause of the issues we experienced. Signed up for the yearly maintenance plan for them to check up on our HVAC and water heater and got a discount on the work done which based on the high quality of the work, parts and components was very fair. 10/10 to Jimbo and SwiftPro!!

Then I called SwiftPro and it was different. They answered the call, and told me that they had a technician was on another job but he would come once he was done. Jamie arrived around 8pm, and he did a great job in carefully diagnosing the problem, and finding it to be to be a malfunctioning thermostat rather than an expensive AC repair. He replaced it, also gave advice on maintenance of the HVAC unit. He was very professional and knowledgable and the cost was very reasonable. My house is now back to normal temperatures and I am a very happy customer.

Great service for HVAC checkup.

We had SwiftPro come out for a checkup on our furnace. They gave it a thorough check and thankfully it was in good shape. We also asked about replacing an existing inefficient humidifier on the furnace and they proposed a better solution. I’m glad they identified the low pressures along the refrigerant lines. I’m glad they were able to recharge the line the same day.
