Dryer vent cleaning Alexandria5 out of 5 stars

My wife and I asked SwiftPro to come out for a dryer vent cleaning. They gave us a discounted annual package that included inspections and future discounts (and annual dryer vent cleaning) all at a cost lower than the national and local average just for a dryer vent cleaning. Technicians Aaron and Reuben arrived on time, were EXTRAORDINARILY informative, friendly, and courteous. They wrapped up the vent cleaning quickly and handled a full inspection of the HVAC. They then did a deep clean of the coils. All in all, it was a little over 2 hours.
We’re very happy with the service and experience and totally recommend!!!

SwiftPro's reply on GoogleErim, thanks for this, and thank your wife for us too. The all-caps EXTRAORDINARILY is going straight to Aaron and Reuben, they'll get a kick out of it. Next year's dryer vent cleaning is already on your plan, so just call when you want it on the calendar. Anything acts up before then, call sooner.

I was trying to dry my clothes, but my dryer just would not work. I believed that the heat trip was being activated, so I tried cleaning the vent myself. Well, I couldn’t get deep enough, so I had to call some professionals. They came as soon as they could, and cleaned out my dryer vent. …

Turned out that there was TONS of like solid dust chunks in there that was just completely blocking airflow. After that, my dryer worked fine.
Some time later they also installed a water filter under my sink so that I don’t have to drink the chlorine filled pool water the city gives us anymore. I highly recommend the swiftest of the pros!

Aaron is great ! He explained to me about how they clean the dryer vent, he replaced my old one with a flex type vent duct, he showed me the camera he used to see into the dryer vent. Very professional answered all my questions . Definitely 10 out of 10.
