This review did not post originally so I am going to do both today. I want to highly recommend SwiftPro from the job in Dec 2025. Moises and Ephram did such an amazing job diagnosing our need and then completing all the tasks. When you know the work being completed is by trustworthy, competent tradesmen it relives any concern of needing to manage the work. We added a humidifier to our HVAC as my wife is a pianist needing moisture controlled for her piano. We also got both HVAC systems their annual service which, like most people, was many years late. Something I hadn’t even considered were the batteries replaced in the controllers that Ephram replaced without being asked. Lastly, our fireplace gas logs haven’t worked in three years. I asked if Ephram had a place he recommended and instead he said he could take a quick look. In about three minutes he determined the problem to be the electric switch, showed me the part number, and suggested I buy a replacement for $5 from Amazon. Where do we find service like this.
Today, Mar 10, 2026, I had another catastrophic plumbing incident, this time it was our hot water heater. We somehow developed a crack internally and water flooded the basement. We called SwiftPro and Zabi Khatibi was dispatched within a few hours. Zabi was incredibly knowledgeable, as were our technicians last time, and Zabi was able to address some some leaks we were able to isolate as they seemed to small to get a service call. Ironically, our clothes washer sprang a leak while we were traveling requiring me to begin assessing today before the hot water heater so Zabi was able to knock it all out on this visit.
Also, thanks to the owners, Tyler and Lily, who both were in communication with us throughout the process from keeping us informed of when the materials were arriving, which date/time the workers would be starting, and then professionally documenting all work completed.

Long story short a valve ended up failing which caused CPVC pipes to have leaks and also damaged the water heater (13 years old at this point anyways w signs it had been leaking previously).
Jimbo and his crew promptly replaced the water heater, expansion tank, repaired the leaking pipes and valves all in one afternoon and the following morning. Jimbo was really knowledgeable and diagnosed everything that needed to be done quickly and really did amazing high quality work. I also appreciate that he was communicative during the entire process and showed me everything that was going on first hand in person.
This experience was a good reminder to stay on top of maintenance!! We ignored far too long and really the cause of the issues we experienced. Signed up for the yearly maintenance plan for them to check up on our HVAC and water heater and got a discount on the work done which based on the high quality of the work, parts and components was very fair. 10/10 to Jimbo and SwiftPro!!

The clogged pipe was cleared and the apparent solution to this problem was offered which will be scheduled in the near future. This is the type of special service that a maintenance agreement should provide. Thank you, Swift Pro for your excellence response.
I came home from travel at 5pm on a 90F day and my home was 103F! I spent over an hour trying to call 10 different HVAC companies and either they didn't answer, referred me to a voice mail, or responded, but told me that they could come tomorrow (even though they claim 24-hour service and urgent service). …

Given the 103F in the house, that was unacceptable. Then I called SwiftPro and it was different. They answered the call, and told me that they had a technician was on another job but he would come once he was done. Jamie arrived around 8pm, and he did a great job in carefully diagnosing the problem, and finding it to be to be a malfunctioning thermostat rather than an expensive AC repair. He replaced it, also gave advice on maintenance of the HVAC unit. He was very professional and knowledgable and the cost was very reasonable. My house is now back to normal temperatures and I am a very happy customer.
