We couldn’t be happier with our experience with SwiftPro! Raul and his team did an amazing job installing our sewer liner from start to finish. They made what could have been a stressful project feel smooth and hassle-free, and they kept us informed every step of the way. We received multiple quotes before making our decision, and SwiftPro offered the best value without sacrificing quality. The professionalism, workmanship, and customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend Raul and the entire SwiftPro team!

The drains & sewer reviews that say the most
How we picked these: the most specific reviews first, the ones that name the problem, how it turned out and how they were treated. Then the newest, spread across towns.
SwiftPro notified me when the plumber was on the way. The plumbers were professional and extremely competent. They explained how they would remove the blockage and estimated time to do the job. They covered the floor with a tarp and cleaned up any mess on the floor. I will use again and highly recommend.
On July 3, I called to have a clogged floor drain cleared. Thankfully they arrived on July 4th which was greatly appreciated. No one else would come out do to the holiday. Thank you
New tenants in the rental property had a problem with their drain. Property manager sent their plumber said they snakeed the drain and could not solve the clog. Wanted $800 to snake the drain through the roof vent.
Called Swift Pro and James Milligan solve the problem in 15 minutes saving me hundreds of dollars.
Nii is the best. He’s been to the house twice - once for a galvanized to PVC piping change-out, and another time for a badly clogged kitchen line that wouldn’t budge with my snake and a good bit of effort. Super nice guy, very skilled, fair, calm, etc. Exactly what you want in a plumber.
Plumber showed up on time and fixed my drain clog without issue. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended.
Plumbing system test and maintenance, including snaking the sewer line
As a follow up, Tyson came out to check the system and gave us some good preventive maintenance tips.
We had Swift Pro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing out on one of the coldest days of the year after our very old system that we were really hoping would last a bit longer decided to stop working. We had a few companies come out for quotes, but none of them compared to Swift Pro. They were honest and upfront about the condition of our system and took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense. Instead of pushing us in a direction, they asked the right questions about our home and our needs to help us choose the best option. …

Their pricing was very fair, and more importantly, we felt like we could truly trust them. It feels good to have a company you can trust like your own family, especially in a stressful situation. We will absolutely continue using Swift Pro and recommending them to our family and friends because we know they will be well taken care of.
Backed up comode repaired on holiday at reasonable rate. Good communication, work and cleanup. Happy we called this service!
Zabi was fine- polite and pleasant.
Swiftpro, on the other hand, is ridiculously overpriced. I wish they’d been transparent about what they wanted to charge me to snake my shower drain - I could have saved Zabi the trip and myself the $49 service charge. I could buy three heavy duty professional snakes myself for the price they charge. My advice to potential customers: keep looking. There are more reasonably priced services out there.
Job was done right and technician was very knowledgeable and experienced.
I had a blockage in my pipe and James snaked it through and took out some weird wire that the tenant left in there.
What this job usually involves
A clog and a broken pipe look exactly the same from the kitchen sink, so the first job is working out which one you have. One slow sink is that fixture's branch. Two slow drains on different floors, gurgling when water runs somewhere else, or water coming up at the lowest drain in the house means the main line. A drain that blocks every few months is usually roots regrowing at the same joint. A sewer smell can mean a cracked line or a trap that's dried out.
A cable clears most clogs. High-pressure water jetting is for grease in a kitchen line and roots in a main. When a line keeps coming back, a sewer camera shows what's in it, how far in, and whether the pipe around it is sound. Clay and cast iron pipe under older neighborhoods, fifty-year-old trees and heavy clay soil explain most of what we find in Northern Virginia. Where the old pipe still holds its shape, we cure a new jointless pipe inside it with ultraviolet light, on our own lining equipment, and the lawn stays put. Where it won't take a liner, we dig.

Questions people ask
Is it one clogged drain or the main line?
Go to the lowest drain in the house, then flush an upstairs toilet or run the kitchen sink. Gurgling, burping air or water rising at that low drain means the main line: stop using water and call. Nothing happening there, with one sink slow, means that fixture's branch, and you have time.
Do you have to dig up my yard to fix a sewer line?
Usually not. Where the old pipe still holds its shape, a new jointless pipe is cured inside it with ultraviolet light and the lawn stays where it is. We run that lining equipment ourselves, which is why we can tell you honestly when it's the wrong call and digging is the answer.
Why does my drain keep clogging?
A line that blocks on a schedule isn't clogging, it's regrowing. Roots come back to the joint they found the first time, and grease closes back around a cable within weeks. If it backs up again inside a few months, stop buying clearings and get a camera inspection.
Do I need a sewer camera inspection before I buy a house?
If it was built before 1980 and there are mature trees between the house and the street, yes. A standard home inspection doesn't include the sewer lateral, and in Fairfax County the lateral is the owner's all the way to the county main, the run under the street included.
Do you work nights and weekends?
Yes, and it costs more, here and everywhere. If the drain is slow rather than stopped and it can sit until Monday, let it sit and keep the difference. If sewage is coming up anywhere, call tonight.
Every other review that mentions it
Jimbo came on time and cleared the drain quickly
Idk why they told me on the phone it cost me 49 but whn he got here it cost me 260 for clogged toilet
We had Tyson out for our main line leaking underground, he explained the scope of work for replacement and set great expectations. They had the job done in a very timely manner and I couldn’t ask for more professionalism than he provided!
Good first visit to do a diagnostic, helpful tips were given by the tech to fix the smell coming from drain pipes in my condo
I was relied to have a service contract with Swift Pro. I discovered that the air conditioning condensate line was backing up and leaking water on the floor on one of the hottest day of the year. Efrain

This is the type of special service that a maintenance agreement should provide. Thank you, Swift Pro for your excellence response.
I very much recommend this company for their excellent customer service, quick replies and overall easy process. REMOVEDcame out with his partner to fix a clogged kitchen bathroom sink. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, worked hard and kept the area clean.
We were delighted with Swiftpro’s speedy professional services. As owners of an older condominium unit, we are becoming increasingly accustomed to leaks, clogs and general plumbing disorders. A good hallmark of a reliable, reputable service company are the customers who return. We recently had repairs to our hall bathroom sink/toilet and we definitely plan to return to Swiftpro for any future plumbing events.
