Drain and sewer line in Northern Virginia: “installing our sewer liner from start to finish”

About this job
SwiftPro's note, in our words, on the problem in this review.
This job was a sewer liner, start to finish.
A liner is a new pipe with no joints, cured in place inside the old one with ultraviolet light, so nobody trenches your lawn.
Most people get there because the main line keeps acting up: slow drains on two floors at once, a gurgle when someone runs water elsewhere, or water rising at the lowest drain in the house.
When it blocks up every few months, it's usually roots growing back into the same joint.
Older clay and cast iron lines, decades-old trees and heavy clay soil are behind most of it.
At that point, quit paying for clearings and get it scoped.
The camera tells you what's in there, how far out from the house, and whether the pipe around it is still sound, which is what decides between lining and digging.
If the old line has lost its shape, it can't take a liner, and the yard gets opened up.
Buying a place built before 1980 with big trees between it and the street? Have the sewer lateral scoped first, because a standard home inspection skips it.
Emergency service 24/7.

SwiftPro notified me when the plumber was on the way. The plumbers were professional and extremely competent. They explained how they would remove the blockage and estimated time to do the job. They covered the floor with a tarp and cleaned up any mess on the floor. I will use again and highly recommend.
On July 3, I called to have a clogged floor drain cleared. Thankfully they arrived on July 4th which was greatly appreciated. No one else would come out do to the holiday. Thank you
New tenants in the rental property had a problem with their drain. Property manager sent their plumber said they snakeed the drain and could not solve the clog. Wanted $800 to snake the drain through the roof vent.
Called Swift Pro and James Milligan solve the problem in 15 minutes saving me hundreds of dollars.
