I recently needed a quote to replace my old mini split HVAC system. SwiftPro was one of 3 companies I called for bids.
They sent out Alex Hittle for a consultation and bid. He was very cordial and professional in explaining everything to me. And I immensely enjoyed his presentation. However, he was not able to beat the best bid I had so I ended up using another company.
Still I feel confident that Alex and SwiftPro represent a good solid company and will be looking forward to contacting them again for other services they provide in the near future!

The estimator/sales person and technicians were top notch. The estimator worked with me on the system requirements and the cost of a new heat pump system. My old system was 20 years old so that the heat pump and inside air handler had to be replaced. Also replaced the thermostat for good measure. …

The technicians did an excellent job with the install, neat and professional. The system has been working really well. Overall, I believe that I received excellent service at a reasonable cost.

He diagnosed the issue and gave me an estimate within an hour. The new HVAC unit was ordered and installed the next day, and they even helped me secure financing while I was on vacation. I’ve never had better service. I’ve told my management company to use SwiftPro for everything from now on. Highly recommend!
