Jimbo was very helpful and informative. We initially had him look at something we were getting a second opinion about and he saved us from spending a lot of money that the first plumber told us we needed done. He showed us exactly what the issue was (which was not what the first plumber told us it was) and how a much simpler and cheaper solution resolved the issue. We had him look at something other plumbing things while he was here and he explained how certain things worked and why. He was also open to answering a lot of questions in a nice and helpful manner. I would highly recommend him and SwiftPro plumbing. We went through 3 plumbing companies before finding SwiftPro.

Eddy Hernandez did a great job when our AC unit stopped cooling the house. He also educated us on some basic HVAC and humidifier things that we can do ourselves to make things run smoother) and in one case with less effort on our part. They also replaced our air scrubber and helpful information related to that as well.

Everyone we dealt with on the phone or in person was very pleasant. Both the plumbing and HVAC had the parts on their trucks needed to address the issues we called them about.

New tenants in the rental property had a problem with their drain. Property manager sent their plumber said they snakeed the drain and could not solve the clog. Wanted $800 to snake the drain through the roof vent.

He quickly identified the problem and initiated timely repairs at a reasonable price. He was courteous and professional, and clearly explained all the work he did with before and after pictures showing how he fixed the problem. He made recommended maintanance suggestions, but never pressured me into buying anything more. I was grateful for his honest professionalism. I would recommend using SwiftPro. I will definitely be contacting them again for future HVAC and plumbing needs.
