We are a repeat customer. We had a seasonal check done before it became hot. Eddye truly helped us out by finding and replacing two capacitors that were operating far beneath what they should be, and he replaced them. I'm certain they would have failed in the July heat. He avoided what would have been a big problem for us in the summer heat.

Efrain showed up on time the day of and spent the entire day installing our new bundle (HVAC, compressor and heat pump.)
