Moises and his team made our experience replacing our 30 year old disorganized HVAC system with a new energy efficient TRANE system painless. They tightened up the duct work and wires so the whole unit took up a smaller neater footprint. The team was also so conscientious to make sure nothing was tracked into our house from the outside. What the visit beforehand should catch is crushed or kinked flex and any run that starves a room.
Size the new equipment to the house as it stands today, not to whatever the old nameplate says.
The crew also did a dryer vent cleaning, and it was overdue: the previous owners hadn't had it done in years.
If you bought your place and nobody knows when the dryer vent was last cleaned, assume it's due, since once a year is the usual advice.
