Today your man Alex came to show me the pros and cons of a mini split for my house, especially for one room in the house, a bedroom. I was most impressed with his presentation and his care and his sensitivity to my concerns. I do not think I will invest in a mini split. But he and I talked about,which was his idea of replacing my heat pump that's not working. I hope that he will come back and give me an estimate for it, or to see if it just neefs servicing. He will work up a diagnostic for it and we will proceed from there.0 I'm very interested in replacing it if if indeeds needs replacement. You should be very proud of him and proud to have him on your team. Thank you for sending him out and for addreesing my problems do well...... and if I could have a mini split for to fulfill my needs. Katharine Kingsley

Edis and Rony were the two that came and did the actual install. They were friendly, took the time to show me what they needed to do and offered suggestions for parts of the job that proved to be a little more challenging. They were thorough making sure everything was installed and running well, cleaned up afterward, and walked through how to use the unit before they left. Today was 96 and felt like 110 outside and my office was a cold 73 degrees. After enduring a very hot office for the past several years, I am so grateful!
