The service technician, Aaron, was outstanding. He was punctual, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He listened to our concerns carefully and addressed them effectively. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the HVAC duct and dryer vent cleaning service. He thoroughly cleaned both return vents and all supply registers. He also replaced our HVAC ceiling return vent cover and our dryer vent hose. He documented all of his work with photos. Aaron displayed both a strong and personable customer satisfaction attitude and provided an overall excellent service experience. People book it after moving into a house with unknown history, when nobody can remember the last time, or when grey fuzz starts showing on the grilles.
Look first: a cover comes off, a camera goes in, and you get shown photos of what's actually in your ducts.
Clean metal means it all goes back together and that's the end of it.

The review also mentions a new cover on the ceiling return and a new hose behind the dryer.
If yours is crushed or made of foil, it should be swapped for metal.

Turned out that there was TONS of like solid dust chunks in there that was just completely blocking airflow. After that, my dryer worked fine.
Some time later they also installed a water filter under my sink so that I don’t have to drink the chlorine filled pool water the city gives us anymore. I highly recommend the swiftest of the pros!
Super professional team. They showed up right at the beginning of the arrival window, put down protective floor runners, and hooked up their negative pressure vacuum system. They took care of every single supply and return vent without leaving a speck of dust behind.
