Zabi was fantastic & a real asset to your company. When I asked about another issue as an aside, he took a quick look, explained what the repair would entail & said that he could inquire with a manager for an estimate. Needless to say I gave him my permission to do so. I look forward to seeing him again for that repair. Thank you!
